Here's a video for y'all. I understand it was the first try live, but the performance was very anemic even for Alter Bridge standards. Some backing tracks are clearly being used, namely the layered "ahhs" during the quiet break and the end.

I also noticed that Brian gave Myles a hug at the end. Myles must have been reeeeeeeally worried about playing this song, because Brian didn't even do that for Words Darker Than Their Wings.

I've come to the conclusion that bees hate Watch Over You. We all know about Myles's bee attack. Now I've found a bee near me during or after playing that song twice.

Great first performance! Could tell Myles was focusing extra hard during that intro, just gotta keep playing it. Mid-section slaps live as expected.

Broken Wings has been played as many times in 2023 as in 2005, which was previously the year it was played live the most.

Burn It Down and In Loving Memory have each been played more times this year than any other year.

Given that Anguyen92 mentioned that the band said they have 1 last tour left this year, I wouldn't be surprised that the 3 ODR tracks resurgence is in prep for some sort of anniversary tour at the end of the year as all the marketing has said that this is the end of the Pawns & Kings album cycle.

Nobody has posted in the Alter Bridge subforum in a while. I thought I might say something.

I'm sad to see that I've practically forgotten about a lot of Alter Bridge songs that were formerly my favorites. Watch Your Words, Ties That Bind, White Knuckles, Show Me A Sign, Home, Peace Is Broken, All Ends Well, Fortress, Cradle To The Grave, Losing Patience, Crows On A Wire, Last Of Our Kind, Clear Horizon. All were high on my list at some point. They're nowhere to be seen on my playlists. Well, I guess all the songs by those new bands I've discovered since then have replaced the old Alter Bridge favorites.

(For context, I currently have 32 Alter Bridge songs on my go-to playlist, which has 338 songs.)

WWE superstar Adam "Edge" Copeland is allegedly close to signing a deal with All Elite Wrestling.
AEW is located in Jacksonville, FL... It may not be WrestleMania and it may not be Metalingus, but I have no doubt that Tony Khan would probably pay good money for Alter Bridge to play Edge to the ring at a big event!
