Re: Your Top 5 Favorite Albums
I chose 5 different bands even though AB's other 3 albums rank higher than the different bands just to give it some variety.
Alter Bridge - Fortress
Disturbed - Indestructible
Breaking Benjamin - Dear Agony
Three Days Grace - Transit of Venus
Tremonti - All I Was

Re: Your Top 5 Favorite Albums
My list would be very boring, all 5 would involve Tremonti's 3 different bands
Rock Never Dies

Re: Your Top 5 Favorite Albums
My list is always changing but here's the top 5 that I enjoy (currently) the most for almost any occasion and I'd be content with. This is really hard but here it goes:
1. Blackbird - Alter Bridge
This album got me into rock music and made me pick up the guitar again. Will always be an important album in my life plus it's amazing. Still my favorite AB record.
2. The Hymn of a Broken Man - Times of Grace
This album helped me get through a lot. Musically and lyrically one of my favorite albums ever. Adam D and Jesse Leach are incredible. This album is the perfect mix of uplifting and dark.
3. The Earth Is Not a Cold, Dead, Place - Explosions in the Sky
This album got me into instrumental music and this album could fit anything you're going through basically because it's open to interpretation. Such a chill album that you can enjoy musically and relax to. Still love this album a whole lot and it's perfect to listen to any time.
4. As Daylight Dies - Killswitch Engage
This album got me into metal, which was something new for me. I knew AB and they were heavy but not with screaming vocals. Howard Jones is a great singer and this is my favorite KsE record for sure, although all of them are good. Solid album.
5. Places for Breathing - Revis
Such a solid rock album so far ahead of its time. Sucks this was technically their only full studio album. I can listen to this album and it seems like it was only recorded a year or 2 ago but it's 10 years old now. Revis had such a unique style and I still haven't heard a band quite like them. I can consider this record timeless.
*Honorable mention: Reports from the Threshold of Death - Junius
This album was too good to not list but I couldn't fit it into my top 5. Junius is incredible. If you like haunting vocal melodies and dark heavy instrumentation similar to the Deftones, listen to this record. They create an atmosphere that not many bands could ever create. Brilliant album.
