(1.) How did you discover Alter Bridge?
Back in 2004 I bought a pirate mp3 cd with all Creed albums and GUESS WHAT! ODR was there.

(2.) What is the meaning of the username you chose?
It comes from one of my fave songs by the band +Live+. Gas Hed Goes West. Since 2000-2001 my nicmname has always been Ed, but for some reason the board did not want to name me that.
(3.) How do you spend your free time?
I do not have any free time. I have 4 different workplaces at the same time and damn, I sometimes play PS3 at night.
(4.) What is the name of one other band you enjoy other than AB?
Live
(5.) What is the title of the last movie you watched?
I dunno the original name, in Russia they called it Va Bank. With Justin and Afflek. It really did suck.

Every woman I ever dated told me I was the best man they ever knew.

Hello AB nation!! Greetings from South Africa from a 20 y.o fan!
After lurking around here for ages I have decided to join!

1.) My cousin gifted me with "Blackbird" years ago. Wasn't into it at all. My first love was Coming home, and soon I loved the entire album! Got ODR and III at roughly the same time soon after !

2.) Just an old nickname from highschool with some random numbers added

3.) Love PC gaming, amatuer bodybuilding and air guitaring to the best rock

(1.) How did you discover Alter Bridge?
I discovered them back in 2005. Myspace >.> dont judge me, used to be huge back then and that's how i found music; going through every single Rock/Metal band's page and going through who they follow etc. Found AB (through and alter bridge called Creed, i admit it) and they had Open Your Eyes as one of their songs featured and i was instantly blown away of how amazing Myles' vocals are. I stole that song and using the Myspace Gopher program and since then, "still I’m holding, I’m holding on"


(2.) What is the meaning of the username you chose?
It's a type of cherry
it's a mountain in Washington DC US of A
It's a SUV buick model
no it's just my name.


(3.) How do you spend your free time?
I love looooong walks on the beach
I love following the rainbow from one end to the other
I love catching plastic while it's flying in air! It's a challenge!

(1.) How did you discover Alter Bridge?
I don't remember exactly but it was before the album was even dropped. My cousin mentioned that he had heard some of the guys from Creed were starting a new band. Within a few months, the album dropped and I heard Open Your Eyes and was hooked.

(2.) What is the meaning of the username you chose?
I originally took it from the tv show Undergrads. The one character on there has the same name, he swears a lot. And that's me. I swear a lot, so it seemed fitting. I changed the spelling to try and seperate myself from Freddy Krueger but nobody ever seems to notice and that's there go-to belief. Ah well.

(3.) How do you spend your free time?
With my son, when I'm not working. I play guitar but not a lot anymore. After 10 years, I'm nowhere near as good as I should be and it's just so frustrating. More than anything now, I lack time.

(4.) What is the name of one other band you enjoy other than AB?
Currently, the other album I'm in love with is the new double album from Soilwork.

(5.) What is the title of the last movie you watched?
Been watching a lot of standup on Netflix, if that counts.

Hi, My name's Becky and I live in London, UK. I've seen AB twice (which is probably not a lot compared to some long time fans :-)

Hello . I've been lurking this site since I found out about AB, and I finally decided to sign up because what could be better than talking about your favorite band with people who share the same appreciation? And because none of my other friends have seen the light yet....

(1.) How did you discover Alter Bridge?

I discovered Alter Bridge on June 18th, 2013 (pretty late to the party, I know, but better late than never. Especially when it comes to the awesomeness that is Alter Bridge ) while video surfing on YouTube "good hard rock bands". A video came up of someones top 10 suggestions or something of bands. I clicked on it. Heard "Blackbird" by them and immediately started searching up the rest of their discography to check them out. haven't turned back since.

(2.) What is the meaning of the username you chose?

It has been a nickname of mine since grade 4 when my friends and teacher came up with it for a fun class activity. It's just "Shake 'N Bake" but with my name spelt into the shake and an extra N at the end because I tried signing up before and it said that name was taken when this attempt worked.

(3.) How do you spend your free time?

I spend my free time listening to AB and playing XBOX 360 or exercising.

(4.) What is the name of one other band you enjoy other than AB?

Before I discovered AB I used to listen to Disturbed, Breaking Benjamin, Three Days Grace, and a few others. Now I'm fixated on AB and Tremonsters solo record and have been wondering why it took me so long to discover this band....

(5.) What is the title of the last movie you watched?

I don't remember. Not really a movie-watcher.

(6.) What is something about you that even your closest friends don't know?

I have an obsession with making lists of things that I may or may not need to write down but I still do anyways. Then I usually end up throwing them out and re-writing them probably a couple days or weeks later.
