Shinedown - Never Gonna Let Go
Among the many things I wish Shinedown included in their latest album is a heartwarming ballad along the veins of If You Only Knew, Unity, I'll Follow You. I'll settle for this track though. A Japanese bonus track from Threat to Survival (which I also thought was missing a heartwarming ballad on the main tracklist).

Hoobastank's Push Pull album. The 15th album released in 2018 that I have listened to.
It's a race to the bottom with these active rock bands in terms of 2018 albums (Shinedown, Godsmack, and FFDP) and Shinedown is at the bottom of the barrel. Will Hoobastank join them in that position? I sure hope not, but given the first two songs I heard before the album release, I'm not so sure.
Edit: Ok, in all fairness, there may not be much to remember about this album, but at least, it's not too bad compared to the least favorite albums I've heard so far this year.

Owl City's Cinematic album. The 16th album released in 2018 that I have listened to.
I'm pretty darn excited for this one. A bit different from the ballpark of music than what I would listen to, but I've been enjoying a lot of Owl City lately and I'm sure this album will not disappoint.
Edit: Fudge man, that album is pretty darn good. The last two tracks of the main album (Firebird and Cinematic) really hit me hard when questioning about my personal life and thinking about the idea of being nostalgic and think, "How can I make my life be cinematic in a positive way?"
Favorites of the album: Lucid Dream, Not All Heroes Wears Capes, Cloud Nine, Firebird, and Cinematic

I stumbled upon the opening song to this anime called Ergo Proxy. Good track. Did Mark get the idea of A Dying Machine from an anime?
