I know this isn't it, but I can't help but think that's what it would look like above the clouds on the Dust album cover.

I'm against this. Way too much material being released before the album is out (as has been tradition the past few years).

So true. Well, maybe that's one of the big cons of the Spotify era. Albums aren't that important anymore as long as you make it onto a playlist.

Not only that, but in terms of sales, people are more likely to buy one song than an entire album.

Oh I’m going to listen to them all lol. But for the people mad about too many singles ruining the album experience, they can choose to wait.

Oh I'm sorry, are you suggesting I have self control? BECAUSE I DON'T! Tremonti is enabling my bad habits, this is all their fault! :P :P :P

You go to the LP to meet the band and get a more intimate concert. If you’re paying $250 only to hear an album a month early then you’re spending way too much money lol.
I get paying that much money to be able to listen to the music ahead of the release date.

But I don't get how that experience can be less special when other people have heard 10 minutes of the album as well. You're basically paying money then to be able to brag about being an elite fan.
Exactly. Part of the value of paying the money to go to the LP, even if 3 singles are already released, is the degree of superiority and confidence you'll feel by talking about the event and the new album to ignorant people like me. It's like looking at the people at the very back of the queue when you arrived at a venue early and are one of the first 5 people in line. It'll be totally worth it!

I need this album - and the book - soon!
Another photobucket casualty... :(

Literally my first thought as I opened my eyes on this fine morning: "How many more days until Bringer Of War? Six... Shit... Back to bed!" Then a transformer or something exploded on the telephone pole next to my house and I practically jumped out of my skin.

So... Good morning all! Hope everyone who's seen Mark and company so far on this tour has had a raging good time. From what I've seen on Youtube, the new tunes are sounding good live! However just as I feared, the high notes in Take You With Me were shouted and fell a bit flat. I remember hearing the same thing the first attempt the band made at playing Tie The Noose. As this tour continues, Mark will figure it out and conquer it. Take You With Me could be a part of the set list for a long time! So infectious and uplifting... I saw Tremonti a month or so before Cauterize was released and it was the greatest concert experience I've had. (Mark even pronounced Bangor correctly!) It was an afternoon slot at a festival, but I was right against the guardrail. Totally hoarse once Slash, Myles and The Conspirators were on... Hours before Godsmack headlined. Good times...

The art is a new low for me, just being honest. Whoever did this one just copied and pasted a stock image, cropped it, and slapped Tremonti on it.
