When in doubt, stock up on fish fillets, bread, and cheese and some veggies. That worked out well for me. Maybe a little too well for me at the time.

^^ Surprisingly, no. I did not. I just follow a routine diet and it ended well for me, but if you have time to work out, that also helps.

Re: The Official "Total Randomness" Thread
Let's see here. What did I have in a regular day.
Cereal for breakfast. A banana. Maybe some yogurt. Maybe a fruit & nut bar. For dinner, either a ham & cheese sandwich with rice or a fish fillet sandwich with rice and veggies (I used thousand island dressing as a condiment).

Re: The Official "Total Randomness" Thread
I know you didn't ask me but I have a lot of experience in losing (and gaining) weight
The simplest thing is the DDM diet. Which means Don't Devour Much. Eating from a small plate really helps.
And that joke - do you know what penguins are? Swalllows that used to eat after 8 pm So do you want to be a penguin or a swallow?
My routine:
8 am: cereal or porrige + white coffee
11 am: fruit (usually an apple) + rice cake
2 pm: vegetable salat (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion, red pepper, whatever I have) + 1 slice of full corn bread
5 pm: boiled vegetables + some meat (usually fried on small amount of oil /olive oil) + a potato/some rice
No sweets. No snacks. No sweet drinks or alkohol.
It works, unfortunately not at the speed of 10kg in 30 days.

Re: The Official "Total Randomness" Thread
Just learned 80% of "Heavy" by Collective Soul. One of my favorite riffs. Fun song to play.
Still need to get the bridge riff and lead wah part down.
Officially 2.5 years into playing guitar, and I love it more every day.

Re: There's an "Other Bands" forum here?!
My friend gave me access to his family Spotify account a few weeks ago and it's been the best thing. Listening to a blues and roots rock playlist now. Why didn't you guys tell me I was missing out on so much good music?!
