What floats your boat?
Re: What floats your boat?
Hahah! Ah, awkward parents. Fortunately, my bf's mom is pretty chill about that stuff. I don't see the point of those requests, because, as you have proved, kids just go and do what they want to anyway
Re: What floats your boat?
My friends' wedding pictures are finally up. #1 coolest experience of my life was performing that ceremony.

Did you have butterflies in your stomach before your speech? Or just relaxed did your job?

Finding my SNES in the garage and sitting down to play Super Mario World for the first time in about 20 years
For all of the hope that it brings...

I want one of the SNES classics really bad, but I feel like it'll require trampling over masses of people at a Walmart at midnight to do lol.Ubik wrote:Finding my SNES in the garage and sitting down to play Super Mario World for the first time in about 20 years

I'm not sure how I feel about taking Ubik seriously after his makeover...

Also never fail to be shocked by the design of the US SNES. The Japanese/European version is the platonic form of the 16 bit console, why would you change it?!

Continuing on with the "Everybody Around Ryan (aka Duane) is Getting Married" saga...
My sister decided to cancel her wedding venue. We are now having the wedding at an all-inclusive resort in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Piña Coladas in October sound nice

Do you really use your Xbox for music though?

I usually play music in the background when I'm playing casual games like Rocket League. Pandora was the only music app worth anything on there before.zazthespaz wrote:Do you really use your Xbox for music though?

Re: What floats your boat?
My four-day weekend starting right now.
And I'm going to spend it in the countryside, in the middle of nowhere with my closest relatives plus aunt and uncle (aged 70+) who lost their 50-year-old son in February this year (I wrote about it in "the real blackbird experience" thread). They travelled 1000 km by car to spend some time with us. Actually, my aunt (74) drove the entire distance. Some people are really made of steel...
So I'm going to go for a walk in the woods, swim in our little pool, sit at the fishpond, kill mosquitoes, have a bonfire and sausages, ride a bike, spend some time alone, enjoy the company and finally celebrate my parents' wedding anniversary. I'm happy

My niece beats me up. Though to be fair she is large for a 5 year old.

Re: What floats your boat?
Mine also does that, she's very rough, but she's so freakin' cute I let her do it.
