This is what I was referring toabw1987 wrote:Very cool that Brian pointed out the crow in the eye. Kind of funny that wrinkles on the outer edge of the eyelid are often referred to as "crow's feet."

Thanks for the sig Don Harry!

Looking good! This album art really lends itself well to merch design.
Shame they only have time to play 6 songs but I'm still glad to see them getting some exposure alongside two of the largest bands in the US. Solid song choices given the limited time slot.

its a dark looking bird lol I'm sure people aren't looking at details (besides the people on here). Like myself, most people will link the 2 together.Jim wrote:It's not a blackbird, they generally have yellow beaks..

You know, I really think its a CC sinuatus, commonly found in Northwestern Mexico and Southwestern US. While they're known to be small in nature, they are quite feisty.

Saw a live video of Come to Life from the performance yesterday. Myles just kinda looks...bored...
Re: Alter Bridge Summer Tour '16
That design would work a lot better on a white or beige shirt so there wouldn't be need for the obtrusive white border...

He sounds great though. Dodged a few notes like usual, but his tone sounds really good. The band sounds pretty tight as well. The performance overal could use a little more energy though I agree.

6 Songs... that's pretty sad.

Myles sounds incredible, but what's up with his pronunciation in the chorus of Blackbird ?
What guitar is Myles playing, by the way?

Wow marks live rig is different for the first time (aside from solo project) since the early creed days. No separate amps for cleans or leads. Just a beefed up version of his solo rig.

Nothing could be worse than when he sang "And the bombs keep falling in the deed of the night".Timotheus wrote:Myles sounds incredible, but what's up with his pronunciation in the chorus of Blackbird ?

Wow, I figured they were just condensing the rig for the listening party due to limited stage space or something, and would maybe be using this as their b-rig or something, but it looks like they're going full steam ahead with it.mitch103 wrote:Wow marks live rig is different for the first time (aside from solo project) since the early creed days. Back to basics - sounds way better

He also confirmed that they've done away with the entire monitor rig in favor of Mark using in-ears monitors... crazy! So much change after a decade plus of a similar setup.TTournier wrote:Here it is fully - I'm only gunna do this once!
Prs Tremonti - with 11s
Planet wave cables with a custom shut off plug
Into a Morley Tremonti pedal
Then a tube screamer
Then a uni vibe
Then a Trex octave
To a Palmer splitter
Signal split to the Mesa triple Rex and bogner ( both with 6l6's and 12ax7's - both are biased really hot)
8 ohm out to a Palmer DI where the signal goes to FOH and the cabs.
Truth be told we don't like the FOH Palmer sound so we are mic'in the cabs.
The archon is missed - so we might wire it in the place of the bogner.. Maybe, maybe not. The archon is out of phase with the Mesa so we need to work that out.
