I'm redoing this thread because the forum started over. I'm in the process of making a Myles fan site like never seen before. It will be the definitive Myles Kennedy live guide, every show has it's own page with setlists, images, audio and video links, downloads...etc there is also a Music section with lyrics and booklet scans. I've almost transcribed all Alter Bridge shows from Setlist.fm then I move on to Slash and I am done with all the basics.

It shall be online soon then you all can start contributing your content
I was wondering if I could get the help from someone skilled in Photoshop for a site banner. You will be given all credit where it's due I'm just shitty at Photoshop lol

Anyone know of a good web hosting site? I just need to upload all the HTML files I made, I'm 80% done with the site Transcribed all Alter Bridge shows and all Slash shows from 2010

Have you considered a database-based approach to storing all the information on setlists, etc? I run MarkTremonti.net, and the site was a complete pain to maintain until I moved all the tour dates, news, etc. to a mysql database. Before that, I had to go in and manually update HTML files every time, which is incredibly tedious.

For hosting, I use Host Excellence, and TheAlterBridgeNation uses Dreamhost. Dreamhost has always been very quick to respond to our queries, but we have certainly had our problems with overload due to too many users trying to access the site at once. It's tough to judge Host Excellence since MTnet does not get as much traffic as TABN.

Please don't use GoDaddy. I've heard only horror stories about their hosting services.

@Jim Keep in mind that I just made something simple for now so I could get the information online. I'm not really good at Photoshop or the things needed to make a better looking site lol Plus I'm working by myself, I welcome any advice though of course
