Softies. The whole lot of you. My elementary girls soccer team that I coach runs faster and cried less than all of you. Except Greg, cause he sees where I'm coming from.

Re: The Fitness Thread
My model friend (and the most beautiful girl I've ever seen, including famous people) has this incredibly strict diet system that works for her. Once a week every year she dedicates the week to losing weight extremely fast, and she loses 20 pounds on average during the week... its sickening. She goes all the days with only drinking water with lemon, green tea, and cayenne pepper. Day 8 she's allowed to have salad and day 9 she can add soup. Then starting day 10 she kicks the protein into high gear with a massive weight routine and lean chicken.
It sounds miserable, but during that time period she loses like 20 pounds. She's a volleyball player and during the season the players tend to gain weight because instead of working out or lifting weights they are just playing games and traveling. So then she does her detox thing. Its insane, but its on the bucket list. I think it would be an interesting mental test for me more than anything. Can I starve myself in order to reach a goal, sorta thing

Go to google and type in the name lauren darby. She's stunning. The first two pics on google are her. So as crazy as it sounds, she's doing something right.

She is stunning. Its crazy she goes to my school and we actually hang out a lot. She's really modest about it, but honestly I would marry her tonight if she wanted to

Re: And Greg thought I was in the wrong thread.
Well this thread escalated quickly.

Re: The Fitness Thread
We've had snow and ice here in the midwest for the better part of two weeks. I said screw it and went out and ran four miles. The water on the track started freezing as the temp dropped, so I had to stop at four. I was slipping all over the place at the end.

Yes, I am a scrawny out of shape Asian person
I'm feeling a little overweight in recent time so starting yesterday, I've been on a treadmill going around 3.0 miles an hour for 30 min. and, even that has kinda destroyed my legs, a bit. However, I must carry on in trying to get into some "respectable" shape.

Keep at it. But give your legs a rest every third day. They have to repair themselves. I ran another 5 miles today. I won't run again till tuesday.

Going from 1lbs to 2lbs isn't much of a difference, Merinda!Merinda wrote:I've been lifting heavier and heavier.. and I'm not sore.

I'm meaning going from like 20kg to 30kg. Then 30kg to 35kg to 40kg and so on.
Or lbs. Not sure which and the ladies who work at my gym don't seem to know either. :\
