I really appreciate that they've taken the time to add subtitles for that and I don't want to sound mean since they aren't native english speakers, but "cool to put something out to explain the fun of metal, maybe the fun of a little fairy" is amazing.

No worries there, it was easily misread.

The stuff about the acoustic EP was also interesting, because I'm pretty sure he said they thought about doing one "instead of a full album". I like their acoustic stuff, but that would have been annoying.

It's an option by youtube, but the uploaders are the ones that write the subtitles.

^^ Oh really? I did not know that the uploaders write the subtitles. I just thought that the subtitles come from youtube guys that had to piece the words together through some sort of program based on voice recognition.

There's an option that youtube does voice recognition indeed, but that really sucks this one has clearly been done by the uploaders. It also says in the description: "You can choose your subtitles in english or french"

Yeah that's the more recent (and convincing) one, but I think it was the Slash France people that mentioned it a few days before, presumably due to this interview. Have no clue what they saw on the PRS site though?
