This is crazy, coming from someone who's released so many average albums with Slash.
Fallout is filled with amazing songs, and man, those vocals were so good back in the day...
Got a link to read or watch the interview?
Turns out recently is February for me, because time moves in mysterious ways. It's at the bottom of the page, the Classic Rock Magazine "Soundtrack of my Life" feature.

I wonder, If Mark is using IEMs and has a proper clean tone back, but the Fender Twins aren't visible, if he's using a Fractal/Kemper/Helix for those tones. I don't think the Mesa Rectifiers have a good enough clean tone to pull it off. Maybe the PRS amps do, but I certainly doubt the tiny signature head has enough headroom.

I believe he is using a PRS Archon which has a pretty nice clean tone! Glad to know he's using that. still keeps his setup simple but he can actually have a great sounding clean and the rhythm/lead tone is damn good.

Can't speak of the Archon, but I have the Sonzera, and the clean is amazing. PRS make great amps. I can see him using those.

Shorter article here surrounding Alter Bridge's live production, and how more focus has been placed upon it for this upcoming tour: https://www.98online.com/2019/09/19/alt ... fall-tour/

Here's a video of Myles and Mark (M&M, perhaps??) watching YouTube covers of their songs, with an interesting little twist at the end.

Someone who was at the LP said he is not using the Fender twins. Not sure what he's running the clean tones through right now, but people said that the Blackbird intro sure sounded better than it had in a long time.
Another photobucket casualty... :(

I've listened to like the first two minutes or so, and there is a question about Elvis - 'he's really hard on us' - but only when it comes to ideas, right? He always does the mixing and the mastering the way he thinks is good? Is that why our ears hurt?

Hmm, the bits I've seen on the Archon have been really good, no experience of them myself, but a dedicated clean tone again is a definite step forward.

All the people turned off because they swore up and down these songs were going the political route again, and it's about a little league baseball team :lol
