Mark Tremonti must go

Post by TenaciousBe »

to the store and get some new shirts. We get it, man, you like black t-shirts. It's been like 20 years, you could bust out a red shirt, or a green shirt, maybe a nice button-up or a sweater. How about nice classic red-and-black lumberjack with the hat to match? Something? :shrug

Remember the days where Mark sported that awesome looking sweater with the bird on it? Wonder why he ditched that look in lieu of black shirts with metal band logos on it?

On that note, during the Fortress tour, I joked about how Myles was sporting the same black plain t-shirt for about 80 shows and in this time period, he's been sporting the same maroon polo shirt for about 100 shows now.

He needs a shirt now because he wouldn’t be able to unbutton a t-shirt to present his nice elephant tattoo ;)
And I read somewhere he has a couple of them to avoid daily washing :lol

I disagree with OP but I do agree that Mark must go

...to space.

Never has such a shredder graced the great beyond. It's about time we get some sick riffs into lower Earth orbit.

I remember reading that after recording Sonic Highways, Dave Grohl wanted to record the next Foo Fighters record in space. It was probably a joke, but that would be trippy. I'm sure zero gravity would have some strange effects on soundwaves, eh?

I imagine that would be a pain in the ass, now that I think about it. Guitarists rely on gravity to keep the instrument in an ideal playing position. Playing guitar in microgravity would be clumsy at best. Realistically you'd need to set up some sort of restraint system to keep both you and the guitar in place.

You don't even have to be a beast to wear what you want. All it requires is to be older than a toddler and to have at least one healthy arm I guess.

I wonder what ever happened to Mark's Third Rail hoodie he used to wear so much in the Creed days? I actually went to ebay and found a Third Rail long sleeve themal shirt, still have it. I should bust it out again one of these days...
