The staccato strings during the verses of Ghost are really cool. Reminded me of Radiohead's Burn The Witch. Best sounding Alter Bridge video I've ever heard.

About Words, it's almost surreal. That video hit me really hard. Compared 7 years ago to where I am today.. "It's been a long long time". You know it, Myles, lol.

That's what they have mentioned. And I think they even want to release it around Christmas time?!

Was that hall completely sold out? Doesn't look like it on the vids.

Hope they manage to put a nice dvd-box together before X-mas. Wouldn’t mind if they included a double cd also. Would be very unique, so fast after releasing the O2-packages another big live-release. Makes up very nice for cancelling the Milan-stuff. And after that asap the releases of Tremonti and solo-Myles (please add the cancelled one in a bonus disc edition !). These are good times to be AB-fan. I hope they include a lot of the rarely-played songs in the remainder of the European tour. Would like to see Lover, ILM, Words and Fortress at the Groningen-gig.

Have a great night! Sounds incredible even on crummy phone recordings so can't imagine how great it's gonna sound in the Hall!

Enth wrote:Found this site through the setlist leaks, and had to create an account to say how incredible tonight was haha! Best I have ever seen them honestly. Took a few short videos here and there - just put the bridge-end of The End is Here on Twitter because I knew that was something the violins were gonna nail. And sure enough, they did! It was insane!

Some of the videos I took were pointing off stage somewhat because I was holding the phone close to me and watching the actual performance rather than through my screen, but I might put some more on Twitter too.

Words was really really special. The orchestral renditions of In Loving Memory, Wonderful Life, Waters Rising and Blackbird were the best I've ever heard them, and seeing songs like Fortress and Lover for the first time was truly amazing.
Thank you for sharing – this DVD cannot come soon enough!

It technically was but I recall reading that a lot of seats are held by permanent members who may not have been interested in a hard rock show.
