That one will be heartbreaking, because both those songs are in my top 10. Such a shame for Calm The Fire..

I agree Though I'm probably one of the few here who reall likes Losing Patience. No, not as much as Calm the Fire I'll be voting for CtF.antiwal wrote:As I said, it will be between CTF and ILMPRS10Top wrote:*cough*...Rise Today...*cough*antiwal wrote:So...Wings is clearly going to win(g) this one. Considering CTF is probably my all-time favorite AB song, I'm pretty sure I know where my vote is going...

Yeah, no trouble choosing track 7 here either. Calm The Fire all the way. Easily one of their best songs ever.
Rise today someone says.... ROTF, ok fella.

right? It's not like it is one of their most popular and well-liked songs or anything....The Plotblocker wrote:Yeah, no trouble choosing track 7 here either. Calm The Fire all the way. Easily one of their best songs ever.

I understand that taste in music varies significantly, but to say that most ODR songs are "significantly worse" is absolute madness! Broken Wings is one of AB's iconic anthems, and ODR is one of their most technically complex songs. As I said, I prefer heavier, more progressive songs like Cry of Achilles, but overall ODR is definitely a better record that TLH.Blackbird wrote: I really think that most ODR songs are significantly worse than most tracks they recorded afterwards in many regards

Cradle to the Grave, just slightly ahead of Broken Wings.

Popularity and quality are 2 things that do not correlate. Just look at Kanye West.PRS10Top wrote:right? This is the first battle where a TLH track isn't last (or joint last). I feel a bit sorry for Kratos

at least Broken Wings is looking like a winner.
Myles tho.
I must admit I probably voted BW solely for that unnecessarily creepy video.

No. Calm The Fire will win. A lot of members here hold it just below Blackbird or COA.
