I wanted to add to the full version 'review' I came across that the quality is outstanding!
The bass is so full as well, love it!

AB's album intro's are amazing since Slip and Cry... This one didn't disappoint.

Went through the whole thread. Didn't listen to the song yet. Have to wait 30 more minutes to get it on iTunes. I was a little worried about the Slash comparisons and stuff but it seems like that intro brought a "little" more positivity to the song.

Going to listen to that Cry of Achilles radio edit now. Wish me luck.

I hate to burst everyone's bubbles but Facebook modifies all that stuff based on your interests. Facebook has told me that much smaller bands are trending before but the rest of the world isn't really seeing that. Your browser typically tracks your searches online, your facebook posts, and your activity on this board.

Can we talk about how the last 30 seconds of this song is one of the best song endings they've had in years? It actually sounds like they're allowing themselves to be a rock band and not some try-hard metal heads.

I'd say since Ties That Bind, personally. Hearing that song open the album the first time gave me chills, it was perfect.

Really love Ties as a song, as an intro its kind of straight forward. But great opener nonetheless!

So it took me a few listens but Im enjoying this song now. The chorus is the best part of the song.

The more I listen to the single, the more I love it. The part after the intro has a very generic song structure to it, which isn't a problem for me because the music itself stands out. The main riff part of the intro reminds me a bit of the intro riff to Calm the Fire, especially with the guitar lick layered over the top.

It'll help once they start playing the song live to see the reaction. That intro is killer, and needs to be heard.
