The record label, management and other inner circle entities are able to send out copies of the record for reviews.

We are in the process of acquiring access to a copy of The Last Hero here at TABN so we can provide the 100,000+ members of the Nation with a GREAT review

Since these are rock reviewer sites, I got to presume that they talked with management on obtaining a copy as long they sign disclaimers and stuff.

How you tried Stubhub? Are they good? If so, they got some tickets around the $45-60 range in GA. May be a bit steeper than what GA at face value is, but that's what happens when shows sell out and people are still searching for tickets.

We didn't even know that TABN will do their own review, so this is probably gonna be your first source for getting detailed information that you are asking for. We just wanted to keep the die-hards informed.
