Alter Bridge Listening party
Re: Alter Bridge Listening party
I didn't even know they'd recorded a new album. Someone want to summarise the last 25 pages? Hows it sounding? Chugga chugga metal?

But for real, it's heavy, but it's not speed metal. There are no ballads, but there are slower and more uptempo songs. It's probably closest to Fortress than any of the other three albums, but there certainly are similarities to all of their prior works.

"Something something *metaphor for United States politics* something something "more progressive and heavier than any other AB record* something something *Just finished recording an epic song! What a great tune!* Something"Macca wrote:I didn't even know they'd recorded a new album. Someone want to summarise the last 25 pages? Hows it sounding? Chugga chugga metal?

I asked zaz exactly the same question, I only used Come To Life in stead of Buried Alive. He was like: "Wtf dude... I don't know..."pokefan_4 wrote:abw1987 wrote:But for real, it's heavy, but it's not speed metal. There are no ballads, but there are slower and more uptempo songs. Both. It's got some brutal riffs and dynamic, pulled-back parts like "Bleed it Dry", as well as plenty of upbeat rockers like "Buried Alive".pokefan_4 wrote:abw1987 wrote:But for real, it's heavy, but it's not speed metal. I think he means he wants the album to sound like it was recorded with or on top of food that wasn't affected by herbicides and pesticides.AB23 wrote:what does organic mean
