There's probably a Break Me Down or Cry Me A River in the lot.
Maybe those are the songs he's describing with Rippin and Insanely good. :lol

Of all the magic that those 2 have created I have no idea why those songs even exist. Like you couldn't have come up with anything better?

Cry A River is up tempo but thatsssss what you chose??? yuck.

I honestly don't get the hate people on here give them for BMD or CAR. They're both awesome songs, IMO.

AB doesn't have any bad songs period. And as an obsessive fan such as I am, they can never and will never make any.

Better than 90% of Creed's discography that's for sure.

I like both of those song too. A couple of months until the single most likely. Going to be a crazy wait.

The Cry a River riff and verses are super tasty. Really cool. The chorus is just really lacking. It needs something in the background to lift it up. A second guitar line, a bigger bass sound or some synth. Besides the chorus I think it's a solid song. If the fillers on AB V sound like Cry A River I won't be disappointed.

I still don't get what's wrong with Cry A River.

You forgot to mention that the bridge sucks balls.

Nooo, the banjo-ish pull-offs combined with the awesome drum groove is really cool!

Great song, dull chorus.

I don't know what's dull about the chorus, fits very well with the groove, powerful octave riff going on, and how can that bridge suck? Each to his own I guess...

Eh musically it's fine. I don't think it has a strong vocal melody, and the whole "cry me a river" line sounds dumb. It's one of the weakest tracks on a strong album is all.

And there are people that thinks that AB should have more "balls" in their sound and Cry A River probably has those elements that people wants from AB.... :shifty which, to us, just seems unnecessary for a band like AB.

Cry a River is the most cringeworthy AB song imo. No elements of it that I like.

I'd have to go with Make it Right or Rise Today for most cringeworthy myself.

I kinda hope AB V has less of Myles harmonizing with himself. ODR didn't have much or any of it and it always jumps out at me when I hear it now.

Agreed. More of Mark harmonizing is what should happen.

Everyone is so split about Make It Right... That and WDTTW were my initial top 2 from the album. I didn't know the names of any of the tracks, I knew it as the one with the lyrics that ask questions in the first verse.
