Isn't Myles a vegetarian or something? I remember hearing somewhere that he eats mostly salad. It can be difficult to maintain muscle mass w/o meat

Maybe he fills up on protein shakes or something. Those can be meatless, right?

I thought I heard Mark say Myles will order the white fish while Flip gets a double double so I don't think he's vegetarian. But he does watch what he eats a lot.

I was thinking that during the promotion of Fortress Myles revealed that he has Crohns disease. So his diet would have to be very precise, as not to flare that up.

Exactly. Had a friend with Crohn's. Her diet was very strict.

Man, I wonder where these people have $2,000, plus other expenses, laying around to spend on a trip to go see Mark record guitars for a day. I would honestly just try saving $500 more and go for VIP for life.

Still begs the question. Where do they have find this much money laying around to spend on things like this? I wish I had money to spare laying somewhere to do purchase stuff like this.

High paying salaries? No families to care for. Live for music. Fuck Savings I'd rather spend a day with Mark and Myles.

I'm a busker and I could afford that if I lived on bread and water for about 6 months (if it was in Europe).

I wouldn't do it though.

Maybe they didn't have the money lying around? It's possible that they're really hardcore fans that just really wanted the opportunity and were willing to save.

I know I worked overtime to get what I got. Saw the prices and immediately started signing up for overtime at work to cover the cost.

Ya, I was kinda thinking that he looked borderline unhealthy, haha.

I'm really freakin pumped about the e-bow. More than anything I was ever pumped about on Fortress. That excites me so much. When I study (which has basically consumed my life), I listen to "chill out" radio on Pandora. A lot of the songs on from the chill out radio use e-bow.

Can you guys tell if there is an e-bow used in this song? Its one of my favorites. Dayvan Cowboy- Boards of Canada. Let the song go for about 2 minutes or so and I think you can hear something e-bow sounding

"Relevance" :D

I think that's just a keyboard. An E-bow has more of a fadey sound. I could be wrong though.

Absolutely love that song by the way. Boards of Canada are amazing.

E-bow? Awesome! Pink Floyd's "Take It Back" always comes to mind with its heavy use in creating background ambiance, beginning with the very first sounds of the track.

He could also use an e-bow in the same fashion as Linkin Park used it on the intro of No More Sorrow... But I'm confident that Myles has a better use for it, like a more ambient thingy...
