Re: Live in Milan
Well, I give up. The good aura is gone. I need some specifics.

Re: Live in Milan
Nice to hear there is at least the chance that Milan will be published. I already almost gave up hope. Wonder how long this one will take to see the light of day.
Re: Live in Milan
Just wondering : same statement applicable for 3D-Wembley ? Maybe nice to put that as bonus with Milan and produce some sort of little boxset (perhaps include also some acoustic stuff and maybe the lost tracks from ODR). OK, I keep dreaming about something like that, it will probably be a rude awakening.

Re: Live in Milan
It would be great if we get it next spring. As it will be the only AB we probably get in 2015.

I find it kind of ironic that you start dreaming of the next box set while you still wait for the 'old' oneriemslag1 wrote:Just wondering : same statement applicable for 3D-Wembley ? You're absolutely right to call that Ironic. And yes, untill now still not even a confirmation-of-shipping-email, so frustrating. Lots of AFM orders already delivered and mine still not even beiing sent. The dream however was concerning the product, and certainly not about a dc3 route towards release.........ha ha

Re: Live in Milan
I find myself getting so angry that there are so many problems that are related to every Alter Bridge release other than albums, it really gets frustrating from a fan perspective no matter how understanding you try to be. I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if it turned into another Amsterdam situation where we end up waiting two years after the initial concert date for an official release.
For me all excitement around Alter Bridge releases other than albums is just nonexistent because almost 100% of the time it always turns into a big mass. I meant it when I said it before and I mean it now, after the situation that we've dealt with for the last year it has really destroyed whatever confidence, trust and patience I have with that company.

i had Amsterdam in like 2009 or something, was it just the BluRay that was delayed?

Re: Live in Milan
I think that Live From Amsterdam was available in online sites like Amazon in 2009, but it wasn't available in stores like Best Buy until early-2011.

Ah yeah. I got it from Amazon then won the BluRay from a contest on here. Three copies of it now with the box set.
Thanks Timo!
Re: Live in Milan
Isn't that four copies now with the box set as it wasn't enough that they included what we already had but also both the DVD & BluRay.austinjhnsn wrote:Ah yeah. I got it from Amazon then won the BluRay from a contest on here. Three copies of it now with the box set.

Re: Live in Milan
Just read through the last 10 pages of this thread. (Trying to catch up after my grand return to TABN.) What a sad, futile saga. It's a shame to see so much negativity in here, but here we are almost 6 months from the announced release date.

Re: Live in Milan
You know, I mentioned this post in another thread.
I wouldn't mind that as a compensation. It's a sucky thing that AB didn't get the call to do one of these kind of live streams for Yahoo/Live Nation. Their tickets are sold through Live Nation and they were playing in the same venues that some of these acts had their live streams at.
Would have been a sweet thing to have if we're not getting the Milan DVD any time soon.
