Noticed this in the FAQ for the box set:

Q) When will I receive my Box Set?

A) Approximately 1-3 weeks after your order has been confirmed.

Should read:

Approximately 1-3 years after your order has been confirmed.

Wondering how long it will take for DC3 to ship out the replacement coffee-table-books when they were not capable enough to have all boxsets shipped in february ! A few weeks for printing the revised books and shipping them, as stated last year by them, appears to be another fairy-tale. This whole joke can easily be nominated for the worst overall customer-experience of the decade. I hope to be able to read the ABIII-chapter within this year.

I got my refund back yesterday, no trouble at all getting that back. It's up to people if the want to wait, but for me it went on for way to long. I hope Alter Bridge cut their business relationship with them after this.

To my amazement and frustration, it looks like they are still working with them. There is pictures of them on Facebook being interviewed/filmed. I'm not even sure why they work with them regardless of everything that's happened... Their content is mediocre and that box set could have been created by anyone. Awful.

Yeah, DC3 was on Shiprocked it looked like. They work with more bands on that cruise besides just Tremonti, but it looked like they were still filming them as well nonetheless.

They filmed Tremonti because they have a contract with Shiprocked. They have nothing exclusively to do with that band, though. Fret 12 won't allow it. Thank God.

I have some good news, i have my tracking number. T minus 14 days as its coming USPS, and it will take that as i have just imported a guitar recently and am importing a Ampeg Scrambler Clone (Death Box) that one of the Black Stone Cherry guys uses.

Im getting used to this importing malarky.

According to my tracking info, Its in the UK.

More bad news, the guitar effects pedal I'm waiting on had just taken 7 days to clear customs. The PRS guitar i have just imported took 2 weeks to get to me. If its here for the end of February, ill be happy.

Once this is over, i just hope Alter Bridge/Tremonti/Projected think about who they work with.
