I contacted them twice. No reply.

Scott told me they were well aware of my issue. Still nothing.

It would be funny to receive the box NOW, because I do not even want it anymore and on another hand, NOW I do need money.

I just sent a e-mail to Dan, Scott and The City Drive Group Team to request an update for the situation. I havn't recieved any tracking number yet so I'm not sure whether the packed has been sent or if it's gone lost.

Can someone provide me the contact information to request a refund? I'm moving to another apartment and I can't deal with chaning my adresse for the shipping. Guess that would be a huge nightmare for them to handle.

Zaz, Andy, Summer and I have something to confess. All of this was one big social experiment. We'll get you more details on the results later, but you've all been amazing candidates. You won't get your money back btw, we used it to help baby seals in Antarctica.

It also turns out that baby seals suck at making box sets. That was the initial plan, but the books kept falling apart and they were too lazy to ship the boxes correctly. Steve is in control of what's happening over there now, so it could take a while.

Just sent a email to Scott asking for a refund, the excitement of owning this has gone along time ago. The money from this refund will go nicely towards me getting a new Nexus 6 haha. What a mess this whole thing has been, I will keep everyone updated on how the refund goes.

My refund should be processed in the next few days. How long did it take others for the refund to appear back in their bank accounts? Scott also said my box set was ready to be shipped tomorrow

When I requested my refund, it was processed within two days if I remember right. It was so long ago... surprised there are still issues today lol. Quite funny actually.
