Addicted To Pain - Chart Performance
Re: Addicted To Pain - Chart Performance
Octane plays awesome music. Wish they were the rule for modern rock radio and not the exception haha.

CoA was played on my local classic rock station. Hmm.

Well, at least, it's on a type of radio station where it could belong to. Though, 1st, it needs to be a single and then it needs to get massively over then it fits with classic rock station.
My Trip to Orlando and Raleigh to see AB Posts

ATP followed by Led Zeppelin Kashmir and AiC Voices, well done local DJ.
Dropped out of top 5 I guess. http://fmqb.com/Article.asp?id=255613
At least my station is showing up again as playing it. And now that it's back I realize I can click the station and see their top 20, a little different than national rankings.

It's climbed higher than I thought it would considering they haven't done any promotion for Fortress in this country.

I boarded the TABN train during the ABIII era. Did they pair concert locations to friendly radio stations then? I realized that's not a perfect strategy if a smaller radio station is playing you, but still...Andy92 wrote:It's climbed higher than I thought it would considering they haven't done any promotion for Fortress in this country.

Seems like that was what they did some with Isolation. I remember them going on local radio shows the same day they were playing a show in the city. I know zaz was at one of those radio events in the northeast. They started touring in the US earlier on that run too though.

Re: Addicted To Pain - Chart Performance
Thanks. Back then I lived just out of range of any stations that would play AB.

Re: Addicted To Pain - Chart Performance
I had one station that played them pretty often, and AB played in the same city that radio station was based out of during the AB III tour. But alas, now that station has changed over to classic rock.

Re: Addicted To Pain - Chart Performance
the fact the song stayed on the charts for so long makes it a success even though it didn't reach #1.
