Can't we lock this thread, print it in a coffee table book, delay it because of the weather, customs, production faults, customs, spelling mistakes, customs, production faults, bankruptcy and ship them after 2 years?

In due time I'll ask DC3 again for an update about the replacement coffe table books. The question and answer I'll post here. This is only over when everybody received what was paid for, no matter how long it takes. Apparently it takes about a year in the USA to have some book re-ordered, re-printed , repacked and reshipped ?! Should be able to be done within a month in the rest of the world.

I heard a knock on my door this morning to find a box from City Group containing the replacement sleep/cover. Is anyone else getting the replacements yet?

No, not yet. But still this is good news. Hopefully everybody receives the replacements they are entitled to soon, so we and DC3 can forget about this awfull thread asap.
