On the chorus to 'Peace is Broken' it's cool how if you listen closely you can really hear Marks voice on the main line. Plus, as someone mentioned earlier the harmony between Mark and Myles on the bridge is awesome. It's amazing how far Mark's voice has come since AB3.

Shout out to the second solo in CoA. The build up in the first solo gets you ready for the chorus again, and then you're all jacked up once it rolls around, so they throw a second solo in to take advantage of that energy. Plus, the first two notes really draw me in for some reason, even though there's really nothing spectacular about them.

Shout-out to Myles' backing vocals in Lover. I love when he harmonizes with himself.

Shout-out to the moment in Bleed It Dry solo when Mark hits an open Bb string. Freakin' tasty.

I love the moody strumming to open up Lover. Same with Burn it Down. That's like my favorite type of guitar sound of all time... Got a Feeling by Sevendust and Lover sound almost identical at the beginning guitar wise.

I wish more bands would start songs off like that. It just sounds passionate. I cant quite place my finger on it, but it sorta gives me goosebumps

Shout out to the title track, that song is awesome and, in my opinion, is somewhat underrated here.

The song 'Fortress' i think is very under rated. such a powerful song, very much like blackbird

That bridge with the solos is just, as they say, EPIC!!! The riff is cool and of course the solos are four masterpieces.

This album has a LOT of shout-out parts :rockon
AB4Lyfe wrote:Shout-out to Cry of Achilles' chorus. Simply because when I'm walking along the streets of my University and I play that song, I feel like a badass :)
:yeahthat

Flip's job in the whole album is amazing, the best so far :bow I shout-out Bleed It Dry drums, specially the last chorus and outro :bow

Shout-out the bridge and solo in Farther Than The Sun, always makes me to headbang :headbang

And shout-out Mark singing "The end of the daaays!!" while he's playing his shredding solo :dance I'd be amazing if Mark do it that live in some concert *Q*

This. I have a feeling a few months down the road (maybe even sooner) this song will be regarded damn near or in the same league as Blackbird.

That part is either a hit or miss on this thread, I personally like it but I know a lot of people don't.

Whoever said it should be the set opener (I think it was AHart96 but I'm not sure) is a genius, that'd be a killer opener.

That was me! Thanks for the indirect compliment :D

I think that song and Calm The Fire both would be great openers!

Really? Hmm, I think he said it also. But hey that makes you a genius also.

I like Calm the Fire, but maybe not as the set opener, I'd love it if it was the closer before the encore or if it opened the encore. The riff, in my opinion, makes it uplifting enough to be the pre-closer.
