If you purchased a pre-sale ticket, you probably cannot upgrade to a M&G ticket, so your options are probably limited in that regard. Call your ticket vendor for details.

Bought it already on Tuesday. I called them, they said there were about 100 of them on sale. Paid €150 for it, the same package which vipnation.com offers.

Can anyone from the admnistrators keep in touch fwith AB's management? The venue VIPnation has on its website is wrong. In fact, that venue is closed down (due to a fatal halloween party) and i don´t think it will ever be opened again. It is very confusing and it may turn people down to buy even tickets. I tweeted vipnation but the address is still wrong...

I'm just wondering what that "general admission" and "early entrance" really mean? Is it so that those who have vip-tickets, are able to go first right in front of the stage? And if so, will there be any fence or something behind the vip people? What concerns me is that there's two warm up bands and if I need to go to toilet and when I come back what happens? Can I still go to front area or do I loose the game and must stay somewhere far from the stage?

May sound stupid questions but this is my second big concert and the first one in standing area.

"General admission" refers to the standing area in front of the stage, also known as the "pit". "Early entrance" presumably means that you get to go inside and claim a spot in front of the stage before everyone else. I highly doubt there would be a fenced off VIP section. Once you're there, you'd better stay there, otherwise you will lose your spot. (However if you are a girl, you may have better luck getting someone to save your spot, and being able to push your way back to the front after using the toilet.)

Arenan isn't that big.. though at one of the creed shows (yes i dared saying it) last year the girl who hosted the VIPs made sure people would be able to get back to the front row by guiding them though the crowd, or guiding them thorugh the photopit and then putting them back in place

This information is important, please let everyone in your party (if applicable) know this information as well.

Please note the early afternoon check-in time, which is necessary to attend the scheduled soundcheck. Most venues prohibit re-entry once you have checked in, so please plan your day accordingly.
 
The Basics:
 
This package is NON-TRANSFERABLE.  Please bring PHOTO ID matching the ATTENDEE NAME on your order.
Meeting time: 15:45 / 3:45pm
Meeting location: VIP NATION check-in table at the SECC Hydro Information Desk, located on Lobby Level Zero of the Hydro. Look for the VIP Nation signage.
Doors open to the public at 18:30 / 6:30pm. 
Halestrom is on at 19:00 / 7:00pm.
Shinedown is on at 19:45 / 7:45pm.
Alter Bridge is on at 21:05 / 9:05pm.*

This is a general admission show. You’ll have early entry into the venue before doors open to the public!
You’ll visit the Alter Bridge sound check!
You’ll have a meet & greet and individual photo op with Alter Bridge! Your host, Helen, will take your Meet & Greet photo. Non-professional cameras (no detachable lens) and video are ok during the sound check visit.
