had a think about it guys and I may have voted right all along. fortress and cry of Achilles might be my least favourite for now, it's all though.

I'm kind of the opposite. I didn't "get" Cry Of Achilles at first. There are so many things going on at the start that I kind of got lost. After a dozen or so listens, I finally got it. I love it now. And I have always loved Fortress upon first listen.

Finally decided to choose FTTS as least best. The fact that it was so hard for me to choose any one at all reinforces my opinion this is their best all around album. Just zero average tracks on Fortress.

For me it's All Ends Well and after that Peace Is Broken. AEW because I just don't like these kind of songs, a taste thing. PIB is nothing 'special'. I like the riff, but don't really get why Mark likes that chorus so much. Sounds very generic. Those two I probably played the least so...
I can't get into the Cry A River or FTTS hate, I like those songs. CAR because of the funny riff and the nice bridge/outro and FTTS because I love heavy and can't keep my head from banging every time I hear it. Though that song begs for a better bridge, that riff is just too simple (although it is a nice bed for the solo). A really heavy breakdown would be amazing right there.

Addicted to Pain. I was so underwhelmed when I heard it, that I actually had doubts about the album. It grew on me eventually. I do skip it in the car from time to time, to hear the other ones that I love more.

FTTS is getting a lot of votes as worst song, but I've listened to it a few times recently and it's grown on me a lot. Its no Cry of Achilles or Blackbird, but I dig the 'groove' in the chorus. Just a fun song.
