The band do seem to favor the European scene more!

I'm interested in how many will be going to this, the website I won them from were only giving away 10 pairs of tickets and another website were doing the same I think. If there were only 2 competitions for this.. There probably won't be any more than 50 people there! Never been to an intimate AB show before, only festivals and concerts.

Reckon they will play some acoustic stuff? Doesn't say they will on the Email but I'd be surprised if they didn't.

I am so excited about this & it hasn't really sink in that I'm actually going- I've never been to any sort of event like this before - the thought of actually being in such close quarters as my musical heroes is turning my stomach into knots... What am I going to say if I get to speak to them? What shall I wear? I have decided to ask them to sign my copy of Live at Wembley (I was there!)if I get the chance but aaargh.. I'm sooooooo nervous! I know they are just mere mortals really but OMG - it's Myles & Mark!

I will try my hardest to be cool, calm & collected and not embarrass myself!

^ Lol yes! My best memory from meeting the guys is having a really cool conversation with Brian about bass guitars. It didn't even last that long.. I think they feel more comfortable when you don't act like they're gods.

I really must keep reminding myself that they are just guys. But when you love and value what they do so much, it's hard to not be in awe just a bit.....and I never in a million years thought I would get to meet them.

I've been around a good few years and have loved rock music since the late 1970's when I was a teenager ....it's been a long time since a band has had such an effect on me as AB have. They really are something special.

It's good to be excited! Hope I'm not coming across like I want you to act depressed at the thing haha. Try to think of some stuff you'd like to talk to them about. Tell them how their music has personally affected you, things like that.

Perhaps I'll ask them if they will ever perform WDTTW live - it's my favourite AB track......although I think I know the answer already!
