Tremonti - Cauterize / Dust on vinyl?

I know it’s an extreme long shot, but I don’t know of another way to generate more interest than posting this.

Still odd to me that Tremonti recorded both of these albums with Fret12 Records, did finally release All I Was on vinyl in 2017, but never Cauterize and Dust.

Does he not have the power to release them on vinyl? How much ownership does he have of Fret12?
