I have not received the box yet, so I'm also not able to comment on packaging and binding of the book yet, but the binding of both books must be perfect and nothing to worry about, for the quality of the binding was one of the main contributors to the nine month delay, so we were explained !? Still anxiously awaiting the arrival of the box, to be able to see it for myself.

Hate to do this while so many are facing issues, but...... those who have their "products" with them, would anyone be kind enough to rip the fortress documentary and the European tour disks and share it with the other fans?

I know I've posted in this thread far too much, but I really do feel for those getting damaged box-sets. You do think Dan would have a bit more pride in his product and post them out in better packaging, it's a shame to hear that a lot of stuff is reused across the box set as well. But I'm glad that people are getting their boxes and enjoying them.

Waiting, and waiting…and sort of apprehensive about it'll look like when it arrives.

I feel terribly for everyone who is receiving a bad product. It's sad that people will have (legitimate) bad feelings about something associated with AB.

Although I had to correct my address, they had a street name that was more or less correct but my house number was missing...

I'm wondering if that is partly the reason why I haven't gotten my poster yet.
I emailed them about it (the poster) back in late July and they answered that it takes so long because my poster was damaged during transit and was sent back to them.
And I am fine with waiting for the poster if that means it is undamaged once it finally reaches me.
Still, the conversation took place back in July.

*sigh* this situation makes me kind of sad....

the fortress documentary is only available in the box set. if you want it, buy one.

This box set was supposed to be something that triggered good memories and joy but in the end it's just going to trigger memories of how bad of an experience this was. Believe me I'd get my money back in a second if I could they can have the box they can have the poster I'd much rather go and meet the guys again and personally hand them each $250 that's a better investment than giving any of my money to Dan. I know I should've done it before but call me stupid for wanting to hold on because of my love for the band and the hope that everything would turn out okay
