I understand your motives. I personally will wait for this rare and possible amazing collectie box for a while longer. I guess the fan in me wins it from the offended customer. It's just the unbelievable road towards the release that pisses me off !

Now I understand why that poster looks cheap as shit. Wrong AB logo (which proves he just copy/pasted the logo on the poster design), amateuristic coloring accompanied with a big Times New Roman "X" and 4 B&W pictures.

I bet he didn't spend a dollar on those apart from the printing costs

HA! How fucking professional is that, guys? Telling your customers, who are upset for a legitimate reason, that their "bitching" is unprofessional is a fantastic way of handling this. Jesus H Fuck. I don't post on here often, but this is really starting to get on my nerves. After I get this boxset, I'm done with DC3. This has been a truly horrible experience, right from the fucked up countdown timer. The man is not a professional and should not have people backing him. All of this is my personal opinion, of course.

I really want to make a decision regarding this box set. It's just that I'm having a hard time because I don't want to support him but at the same time I'd really like to have the product, because I have most of what's going to be in it the only reason I am be buying it is because of the two-hour documentary and unreleased shows.

I know that there is a documentary that comes with the fortress sound and the story DVD and can anybody tell me if it's the same one? Because if it is all cancel this and by that.

Also I'm under the impression that they filmed the fortress premier show in Orlando in 2013 can anyone confirm or deny this?

I'm just wanting to throw the questions out there because if I can get clarification just for myself it may solidify my decision

TBH, I'd say just stick it out and get it in the next month or two. No point in turning back now, when we've waited for about a year for something this great. Personally, I'm done with DC3 after this though. This entire ordeal and his attitude has been outlandish.

They did film the Orlando show, but it is not scheduled to be in the box set as a stand alone concert. There may be highlights from the show included in the documentary, but that's just a guess.

The Fortress doc with The Sound & Story is not 2 hours, and it was a FretXii product, so I doubt they are the same.

Thanks man, so as it stands right now the only thing that I'm paying for that I'm really interested in is the two-hour documentary and the two-hour documentary isn't worth $250. I understand that you get the coffee table book but I'm really beginning to get disgusted and I think I'm just going to send an email

I'm trying to hang in there and everything but the more and more clarification that I get just makes me more and more unhappy

If it helps at all, my reason for getting a refund was due to a few things:

1) The only stuff I actually want/don't have are Wembley 3D, documentary and the actual box with my name on it. Other than that I can buy Live in Milan separately later and I pretty much have the rest. I don't know what will be in the book, but I'm fairly certain it will be full of stuff that I already know about the band or can find online.

2) My poster arrived about 3-4 months after it was shipped. The first one was destroyed, the second was sent to a non-existent address and the third (which I decided to just settle with) was pretty damaged. I can't even begin to imagine what a mess the boxes will get into when they are shipped. Imagine if some get lost? New plaques will have to be made for each box and that will push the shipping time back even further.

3) Lets be honest, the quality of some of this stuff is pretty awful. As has already been said, the poster could have been done in paint in less than five minutes.

4) The attitude of Dan has made me really angry.
