Scott Stapp has an announcement next week. I'm guessing it's a new solo album.

As he continues to get healthy, Scott feels ready to return to one of his passions. In the exclusive new video seen above, the Grammy winner teases a return to the music industry. He will announce further details on Oct. 14.

The video makes me think he's going to re-release Proof of Life and try to market it as a new album.
This would make sense, since no one cared 2 years ago, and the general media thinks he hasn't released anything since 2001.

I'm sure there's a new tour announcement coming. I doubt it'll be a new album, although i'd love one. But i'm sure there'll be a new single or two released. He's obviously been in the studio since he's gotten out of rehab.

Yeah, I think its going to be that song he said he wrote and a tour. Its time to move on from Proof Of Life imo.

It was actually taped several months ago though. So that's not something that he's actually doing right now.

If you are referring to the song at the end. That is "Breakout" from Proof of Life.

I am hoping the 10.14.2015 announcement is some new music. Possibly a new single for the tour???

I am interested to see if "Song of Empathy" will ever come out. It was a demo he previewed in 2010 or 2011 webchat.

What if Stapp, Bmarsh and Flip decided to tour as Creed without Tremonti? That would be crazy announcement. Who could they get to fill in on guitar?

I would have to imagine that doing something like that may sever what ever good relationship Stapp and Tremonti have at the moment. Unless it was one of Mark's friends, like ERock which it can't be cause they're on tour together, so I don't see it happening

I wouldn't support a creed w/o mark or stapp.

I still just think this thing will be a small tour announcement. He's probably going to test the waters of his sobriety with a small tour to see if he's stable enough mentally to handle the next step. Perhaps he should just become a studio guy.

There's no money in releasing records anymore. If you don't tour, why bother releasing music ?

As predicted by some members here, it was just a tour announcement.
That promo video was so terrible it made me laugh. I hope he didn't pay anyone for such a poor job. A 10 year old could do better.
