So... I've had this for a few years & thought I'd share. I can't really remember where I found this but if anyone would have any background on it feel free to fill me in. I think I found it on an old Virgos Merlot fansite. lol Every time I listen to it I bust out laughing.

Stapp singing "Touch Me" by The Doors.

hmmm...i remember they did that Doors Storytellers thing, but they didn't perform this song. i seem to remember them playing a song that didn't air though. not sure if it's this one or not. not really a fan of what they've done with it musically. Stapp sounds decent at some points though. there's a few spots that are off a bit, which sort of leads me to believe that maybe it's just an outtake that's made it out?

It's definitely a recording.. not live. I thought it might be from the "Stoned Immaculate" album but some other band did this song.

maybe it was a demo version of the vocals...

Anyways, it's amazing how much he sounded like Morrison. I don't know why you were laughing Jared, that was actually a pretty solid cover.

I didn't say it was awful. Just hearing Scott Stapp sing that way + the campy music is funny.

"Come on! Come on! Come on! Come on!" gets me every time.

If I remember correctly they did Light my Fire which aired and Roadhouse blues but I'm not sure if that one aired or not.

It was an encore that Creed did. Roby and Manzarek had amazing things to say about Stappy.

That Touch Me cover was kinda weird.

But I remember a live performance of Creed's version of Riders On The Storm which was incredibly good.

Agree with both statements.

Yeah, that's why I think it's a demo or an outtake or something. In the beginning he comes in a little late.
