Won't be any time soon. 2013 looks like AB's year, hopefully slight into early 2014. Then when Myles and Slash get ready to do their 2nd album I'd say that would be Creed's time. Summer or Fall 2014 release at the earliest

Maybe he's wanting to write some better quality stuff. I'm pretty sure Windup wasn't too up on footing the bill on releasing the material he currently had.

Triple album. jk I'm not getting my hopes up for another album unless he switches labels or goes independent which is unlikely.

If he wants to release an album so bad, he should start a new band. If he's just one member out of 4 or 5, Windup can't do anything about that.
I know it worked for Head (ex-member of KoRn) : he released a first album under the name "Head" in 2008. He filed a lewsuit against his label around 2010 or 2011 and said he couldn't release another album. Then he formed a new band called Love and Death, and the album has just been released.
