These 2 tracks were recorded but didn't make it on the record. Does anybody know what happened to them? Are they gonna be released as bonus tracks sometime or the guys left it for TREMONTI's next record?

Never know, just cause they were recorded doesn't mean they'll ever really see the light of day in that format. They're a couple songs in the bank, but who knows, maybe he thieves parts from them to finish other songs for another release down the road?

That said... YES. I would do vile, unspeakable things to hear the ODR b-sides. And/or the original demos with Mark's vocals before Myles was brought on.

+1'd. But then I'm kind of a sucker for totally raw, straight up recordings anyway. A few effects here and there are alright, but give me a straight recording with 4 guys and 4 instruments + vocals and I'm a happy guy. Probably why I'm so in love with live performance releases.

Yeah, I listen to Live in Wembley versions of the AB III songs more than the record. I love Slip and IKIH on that DVD.

Yes! I'd forgotten about that! Oh man... he's got a hell of a voice too. And this is during the Submersed days, too... sadly, I wonder how all of that ties into the label problems with Wind-Up / Universal? At least with the b-sides anyway. If they were never released, you wouldn't think the labels would hold the rights to those songs... right?

I'm not 100% sure how contracts work. I'd imagine if the song isn't on a CD, then the label doesn't own it, but it probably depends on the language of the contract. I'd love to hear the DC demos though. Might even tweet Mark about that lol.

I wouldn't want to hear that one though. Myles is the only one for that song. He did such an amazing job with that one.
