Same here. Can't wait to hit itunes at midnight monday night!

Love the way the chorus erupts! Fun intro too.

I'm hoping it goes up on Amazon overnight. I'll be at work on the graveyard shift, but if my pre-order isn't here by then, I may have to buy it on my phone while I'm at work so I can listen when I get off :rockon

Just heard Giving Up. Decided not to give the other songs a listen till I have the entire album with me. It loses some of the magic when you listen to just few of the songs from the album. I wanna make sure I listen to it in the right tracklisting. Not checking any more preview as well. 2 more days away.

Giving Up would have made a great single. I'm really digging the chorus on that one.

Isn't Leave it Alone in some odd time signature? 6/8 or something like that?

It may be too early to be certain, but the production by Elvis seems to suit this heavier sound far more than it does AB... in my opinion!

yes, it's in 6/8, but I wouldn't really odd because people use it all the time.. 5 of 6 songs on ABlll were in 6/8 ;)

Ha, some guitar teacher said that every time signature that is not 4/4, is odd :)

4/4 is also known as common time, for obvious reasons, so yes, any time signature that is not 4/4 is an odd time signature. But I think Timotheus was approaching it from the angle that 6/8 is used so frequently that it is rather common, like 4/4. Plus, 6/8 as a time signature does feel fairly normal, it's almost un-noticeable, unlike time signatures like 7/8 or 9/8, etc.

So in part 3 at 6:56, Mark says he's gonna tour for his solo album in september/october, and maybe even in november. I guess that means no tour dates or studio time for Creed.

They could still have studio time. Mark recorded this while touring and in his time off. He said in an interview somewhere that he'd fly home on days off and record.

That will be the same time Stapp will be doing his book promotion.
