Re: Hear A Few Full Tracks
I don't see the point in touring at this point. If it gets more popular than yeah do it but otherwise I imagine chicago, orlando and a couple others would be the only ones to have more than about 100 people per show. Unless he is planning to open for another band to get more exposure.
Hell even this forum is dead pretty much. You would think there would be tons of people on here talking about it but it is just not the case. I wish Tremonti well with the project and will go see him live if he is within a few hours of me but I just can't see touring in front of a couple hundred people.

I wouldn't think he's anticipating an arena tour. People will want to go see him and he'll have nothing else to do - why not?

He has nothing else to do? How about more AB?Ubik wrote:I wouldn't think he's anticipating an arena tour. People will want to go see him and he'll have nothing else to do - why not?

Myles isn't free from Slash till January I believe. Hence why the goal is to begin writing with him straight away in 2013.
Mark isn't taking any time away from other projects with anything he does for his solo record, it's purely because he's got spare time and spare material, plus fans that are enjoying what he's putting out.

Re: Hear A Few Full Tracks
yup, michael just posted that his priorities are AB and Creed so the solo stuff is when he has time.
Photobucket cash grab.
Re: Hear A Few Full Tracks
and he's constantly writing, so even if he does a small tour or a few dates with this solo stuff, he's still working on writing songs, which could end up with AB or Creed.

Yeah, "arranging" is probably a more accurate word for what Mark and Myles do when they meet up, they'll already have written the vast majority of the ideas that will make it onto the album.

This ^^ I remember Mark mentioning in an interview that most of the stuff is written for AB IV and it's fun to play.Ryan wrote:and he's constantly writing, so even if he does a small tour or a few dates with this solo stuff, he's still working on writing songs, which could end up with AB or Creed.
Re: Hear A Few Full Tracks
these people are so all over the place. I wish none of this Creed/solo/anything other than AB ever happened. Sure, I like Mark. But I love Myles too. I want both. It's weird he's having his release party in Orlando but AB has never done a show in Florida O.o frustrating to say the least

I've been trying to stay away too. Haven't listened to the rest of the glut of previews they posted up the other day, though I have heard a few of the older ones and some of the live videos. Trying to save the rest of the live show till after I've got the album and gotten to digest it.
