That's a very dusty album you got there, Jim! Maybe you should clean it off once and a while! :lol

Made two separate albums, I felt 10 songs was a little too restricting. Complete coincidence that it came out to 6 songs from each and they were put in ABAB.... form in the tracklist. Flows pretty well though and it would be a kickass 12 song (perfect length) album

DUSTERIZE
1. Cauterize
2. My Last Mistake
3. Radical Change
4. Once Dead
5. Flying Monkeys
6. Catching Fire
7. Dark Trip
8. Tore My Heart Out
9. Providence
10. Unable to See
11. Sympathy
12. Dust

Keeping up with the original rules of the thread, my 10 track Dusterize. Cut one from each album of the original list.

1. Cauterize
2. My Last Mistake
3. Radical Change
4. Once Dead
5. Flying Monkeys
6. Tore My Heart Out
7. Providence
8. Unable to See
9. Sympathy
10. Dust

Yeah I mean, I don't know why you'd limit yourself to 10. IMO the concept of Dusterize was "if we released one CD with a handful of b-sides what would it be?" which in my mind is a 12-14 track album.

1. My Last Mistake
2. The Cage
3. Dark Trip
4. Betray Me
5. Once Dead
6. Dust
7. Cauterize
8 Catching Fire
9. Sympathy
10. Providence

I was going to go 5 and 5, but perhaps I am just into the Dust songs a lot more right now or need some more time to decide which other one to cut, but I felt it'd be better to keep another song from Dust rather than the next song on the list from Cauterize which would be Radical Change (which I would probably replace Betray Me or perhaps Once Dead with). I probably prefer Radical Change slightly over Sympathy, but I think there are several other songs kind of similar to it where as Sympathy is pretty unique and gives nice variety. Overall Cauterize (album) actually provides most of the more varied songs (Dark Trip, Providence, Sympathy) while I would go to Dust for more of the heavy songs.

12 songs is perfect for me.

DUSTERIZE :
01. Radical Change
02. Betray Me
03. Flying Monkeys
04. My Last Mistake
05. Unable to See
06. Fall Again
07. Catching Fire
08. Another Heart
09. The Cage
10. Dark Trip
11. Providence

Best Buy Bonus Track : Never Wrong
Songs I can live without : Dust, Cauterize, Tore my Heart Out, Tie The Noose, Rising Storm, Sympathy, Arm Yourself, Once Dead

I also had fun with the tracklist and made 2 separate albums. One is moody/slow, and the other one is more metal.

MOODY :
01. Another Heart
02. Dust
03. Never Wrong
04. Sympathy
05. Dark Trip
06. Flying Monkeys
07. Fall Again
08. Tore my Heart Out
09. Unable to See
10. Providence

METAL :
01. Radical Change
02. Betray Me
03. Catching Fire
04. Cauterize
05. Arm Yourself
06. Once Dead
07. The Cage
08. Rising Storm
09. Tie The Noose
10. My Last Mistake

Now, that's two very different albums.

Oddly enough, I'm one of the few Tremonti fans who aren't crazy about Flying Monkeys and Radical Change. They're ok to me, but that's it.

Not a big fan of Flying Monkeys. The riff is cool, but doesn't really do anything for me.

Yeah, me neither, the song sound pretty forced and bland.

My Dusterize is:

1. Cauterize
2. My Last Mistake
3. Dark Trip
4. Unable to See
5. Radical Change
6. Sympathy
7. Tore My Heart Out
8. Arm Yourself
9. Catching Fire
10. Providence

I like Flying Monkeys, but definitely prefer most of Dust over it. It wouldn't make my Dusterize album.
