Great groove indeed. Tremonti somehow makes the most heavy riffed songs seem so melodic with his vocals and chorusses. Although I'm sticking with my initial thoughts:

I love the chorus, and the verse. But for some reason I'm not feeling them together vocally. The verse is kinda high and energetic, and the chorus vocal is so much more lower and calmer. Feels a bit too random for me. Guitar-wise though, I'm loving the groove and for it comes back in the chorus.

I think the former is badass, and the latter is obviously not to be taken seriously.

Yeah, it seems that Tremonti and Co. put out songs that they never say the name, which is not that common in music nowadays.
He talked about the song 'brains' was just what his son would say as he heard the song. They never say it in the song.

Flying Monkeys is real weird, but I doubt we'll actually hear it in the song.

Still, the riffs and harmonies are superb. Yummy
