Song was good but I'm still not digging that shark fin looking guitar. It's actually kind of ugly.

I like the guitar :)

And finally I have seen them live last week for the first time! Mark sounded great and I loved their energy. I think my favorites were Providence and the Decay performance.... really loved Decay! It was awesome to really meet everyone, even if it was just for a short moment!

I guess as a result of Paris they searched every person quite thoroughly at the entrance and there were no handbags or backpacks allowed inside the building -where the wardrobe would have been- so people who came with public transport were kind of at a loss at what to do (since it wasn't announced before).
When the first band Wearing Scars started there were still a lot of people waiting outside so that was a bit tiring. After the doors opened at seven it took until 7.50 to get inside - and I was part of the first third of the crowd.

And another thing: there were no shirts for me :( I looked for it the moment I came inside but the smallest size was large, another shirt was only available at extra large.... only the hoodie was there in all sizes. Honestly, that could have been better planned out - there were a lot of people looking for a shirt and then leaving without anything :/

From Mark:
Hello friends in Manchester!

if you have them, please bring a GoPro with you tonight and film our show from your point of view. We want everything from standing in line outside to leaving the venue -
send the footage (via dropbox link) to our Manager for possible use in a new Tremonti video.
tremontilivefootage@gmail.com
If we use your footage we will give you a film credit as well :)

They haven't. Extended their set there by one song.
Don't think he's going to do more often, his voice was ruined at the end.

I hope they'll play it zaterdag... Also Tremonti uses his Baritone Hybrid on Arm Yourself and Tie The Noose, and he recently stated in an interview that Arm Yourself is in A# Standard, so I'm confused (tuning master list)?

Really hoping to see Tie the Noose this time next saturday, such a nice heavy swinging groove in that song and it was not played last june in Amsterdam. Just one of my personal favorites of Cauterize.

Hope Dust will have at least one song in a similar style, maybe a bit longer with more solo.

He changed that in Edinburgh during soundcheck, I think I understood that he liked the new one better. Ernie tunes it for Arm Yourself in another tuning during the show.

So in what tuning are those songs? I thought AY was C Standard and TTN was Drop B?

Didn't know how to explain, but.. He uses one guitar for two tunings.

That must have been a great birthday for Roel. Mark surely did not let it pass by unnoticed. Great gig in Tilburg, mydaughters got their authographs afterwards. Set was not so long unfortunately and I was sad I did not get to see my personal favorite Noose again. So one more to go and than after a short holiday brake up to ABV !

Hi Stijn, I was upstairs taking care of my girls. I like taking them to concerts, but at the same time it limits me compared to how I enjoyed concerts and pits in the past. Can not take any chances though, them beiing just 11 and 13 now. Think I saw you standing in front near Roel a little right of center ? We will have another chance to meet next year, for I already had to promise them we will attend AB, Slash and/or Tremonti gigs ! I envy you for the Noose !!! Can't help it, love that song so much........... Cheers !
