Hey!!!
Yesterday night I witnessed the Myles/ Slash gig in Sao Paulo, a year and half from their last show here. The opening band was Edguy, I didn't know anything of them but they put out a killer set too!
It was worth every penny! The band is much tighter, what an awesome gig! Myles hit all the high notes, even in Far & Away.
Slash played the best solo in the Rocket Queen interlude I've ever heard and I've already watched a lot of live videos. Pretty amazing! It was a bit bluesy/ funkiest! It was great.
Todd also did an awesome job on the vocals.
The setlist was near perfect. I missed "Not For Me", "We're all gonna die" and "Bad Rain", but at least we got "Shots Fired", which is not as popular but I really like it.
I heard a couple guys talking this was the best show of the Brazilian leg, they had already watched the Rio and Brasilia gigs. It doesn't come as a surprise, because the whole band was awesome! Slash keeps getting better and better, Myles was ... surreal! And he's yet so humble! What a cool dude he is!

Saw a video from this show of Far and Away and Myles just totally killed that high note, best I've heard him do so far with it.
Not sure what has gotten into him, but he is performing at as high a level as I have seen out of him since this whole "Slash" thing started.
This band has really trapped lightning in a bottle as far as their performances go, just awesome.

I'm going to see Edguy tomorrow here in Buenos Aires, second time for me, I saw them support Dragonforce in London years ago. They're awesome, and it's a shame they're not doing the same for Slash here, but we get Black Label Society.

I went to this show in Sao Paulo as well and yes, it was amazing! I was so far from the stage, but loved the show! Better than last show in Sao Paulo. Myles is such a awesome lead singer! Slash has an incredible band that I'm a crazy fan always! I got a video of "Far & Away" and everybody near me was WOW, what a awesome high note by Myles!
