Yea. I hope it will be more fun than playing Duke Nukem Forever while listening to Chinese Democracy...

11:20 mark. "I'm also chipping away at another solo record. I finished one a few months back, and then I'm writing another one."

Is that a joke? Can't even release his first record and he's already planning #2? Is he going to release them at the same time and hit us with a Double Album package? That much Myles Kennedy at once might cause me to OD.

Oh god, that's simultaneously awesome that he's doing another one and terrifying that he might get dissuaded from releasing the last one any time this decade.

Blabbermouth did an article too saying that he's already started writing for a second solo album: http://www.blabbermouth.net/news/alter- ... olo-album/

Good to know that he's going for a more stripped down style on the second album.

You know what, unless he plans to release them together as a double album, I'm with you.

It could very well be....... We may never hear any songs from ideas he had when he started creating it in 2009.

https://www.ultimate-guitar.com/news/ge ... _band.html
When I first started the project back in 2009, [the goal] was to have something so I could go out on the road, really just with myself and an acoustic guitar.

"And what happened with that record was it became a little more produced, and I realized it was gonna be hard to go out and tour it that way. So with the new record I'm working on, I'm still trying to keep it as stripped down as possible.

"It's not gonna be something where it's gonna require a year or two of my time to promote it; it can be done in a relatively short span of time. So hopefully in the next year or so would be ideal to put something like that out."

Gah, wasn't waiting for a time where he could tour it his most recent reason for delaying the release?

Just give us that damn album instead of talking about it. Or at least a release date. :(

"There's a record recorded, and it's just a matter of finding a window, if I'm gonna put that out. But I'm also still writing. So the thing about that record is it's been around, it was recorded six years ago, and there's always a shelf life, I think, and I just have to kind of ask myself 'Is this something that I'm still excited enough about to tour on?' and I guess that will be a big, deciding factor on whether that body of work eventually sees the light of day or if it's completely different than what I'm working on now."

Just release it if you're not gonna tour it. There are thousands of fans who've been waiting to hear it for years and years. Don't just bury it...

That's guy's literally been too busy recording music to tour for a while, lol. And the ironic part is that he majorly plays old songs live.
