As I said before, if Slash and Myles is going to do this Kings of Chaos tour, after AB is done with their Europe run, I don't think they and Conspirators can, realistically, release a new album in the 1st half of 2014. 2nd half, I can see, after AB is done with their runs in Australia, US (Canada, maybe?), South America, Summer festivals, and another run in Europe.

But hey, these Kings of Chaos shows in South Africa was very well acclaimed and South America should be no exception, except with a more energetic crowd.

Also, I wonder what Corey Taylor is going to sing? Wasn't there rumors that Velvet Revolver was considering him to be the new singer?

Don't worry, there will be most likely no shows in Jan. 2014. I say one month. I mean how many shows does a typical South America tour are going to be? About 10-15? They are doing Mexico as well, right?

Interesting. I'm not bothered by it. Keeps Myles voice nice and fresh.

I don't think it's going to be a lot of shows. Glenn Hughes tweeted something about it being a shorter run, so I wouldn't count on there being anymore than 5-6 shows.

No Myles for that particular show in LA though, obviously, he is supporting the benefit.

Again, so what will Corey Taylor sing with these guys, anyway?

I hope he doesn't take over any of the songs Myles sings on, but I imagine he'll sing the Velvet Revolver songs since he was all but in the band not that long ago.

:yeahthat

on the KOC tour the only VR song Myles does anyway is Fall to Pieces. Myles doing that song is far too perfect to have corey do it. I'm sure Myles will still do it. I could see him taking over Slither, though. not sure what else, though. they'd better not add any stone sour for him when they don't even play any of Slash's stuff with Myles when Slash is arguably the biggest name in the band. I would've thought they might've thrown Back From Cali in. that seems to get a great response.

Tour dates of KOC. Last AB tour date is 11/16 Portugal, first KOC date is 11/17 LA. Very curious about the Myles´possible participation. Truly continuously working guy...

I don't think he is participating in that benefit show, as I made this post a couple posts ago in the thread.

That'd be a tight schedule, though there is a time zone change.

Anyway, I still get a kick of seeing Myles grouped with rock legends :)

So, AB is done touring for now so that means it's Kings of Chaos time.

Kings of Chaos in South America is actually going to be only two shows since one of them, in Peru I believe, got cancelled and ends in late November.

I guess that means that Myles will spend December and early January working with Slash/Conspirators to record their album.

Rummaged through twitter and stumbled upon this setlist.

Even though Myles is not there, it might be an indication (plus a couple of other songs) of what they may play for their short SA stint.

I wonder if they'll put the acoustic mini-set back in, that was a cool idea. And hearing Glenn Hughes sing Mistreated is amazing.
