You're probably right because this song was the only one that had "featuring vocalist" with it. Scored music usually works better for horror films. This song Slash did is an exception. Usually I find these kind of horror songs cheesy, but they did pretty well with this one.

I could see this song being the one that plays during the movie credits at the end.

On the GNR board where they are usually hard on Myles they are raving about his vocal on this.

This song is totally creepy/haunting and I can see it fitting into the context of a horror movie perfectly. Has that slow brooding vibe to it.

So different from anything we have heard from Slash/Myles up until now.

I really hate what they said over there. I left because I was tired to hear certain things. They just love to hate whatever thing that have Slash's name (the opposite it is also true, some hate everything associate with Axl).

So, because, in their twisted mind, Myles "wants" to replace Axl, nothing that Myles sings it is good. Always hear: will be better without Myles, one more proof that Myles cant sing, Ashba would do better, mediocre, ...
