Greg, you've just struck up a great idea.

Let's tweet him telling him to ditch Slash.

Yeah, I don't think he is going to take notice of that unless we give him a very convincing reason to.

This gives another great idea however. Let's tweet him telling him to add Words Darker Than Their Wings or some AB rarities like Shed My Skin, Down to My Last, or One By One in their next regular setlist.

But 1st and foremost, we need to show support that we love him and that we support him 100% for this solo album idea and Mayfield Four-style music.

I was joking about the Slash thing lol.

But I'd be all for the set list stuff. Myles was the one that backed out of playing Words at Wembley for the DVD. Mark, Flip, and Brian were up for it.

We can talk set lists as we get closer to tour time. Let's keep the focus on sending Myles some love right now. Aiming at Wednesday is perfect, as it will probably be within a day or two either way of him finishing vocals for AB4, so it'll be a perfect time to tweet him some props for what should be another great AB album and let him know how much we'd love to hear his solo work when he finds some time to finish it. Chtimixeur said it perfectly:

Myles has always sounded very insecure about his solo/MF4 material : he always seems surprised that many people like that "unknown" stuff.
I'm pretty sure he'll appreciate the love for his forecoming solo album, even though he has no time to record it an release properly.
We all know it ain't gonna happen soon.
He knows it.
But at least, he'll know many fans still care about that project !

Maybe we should spread the idea to some fan pages? I know a lot of us are AO12 members, but there could be some other places. Never hurts to use our own Twitter/Facebook if a mod gets on board with the idea lol.

We asked the mods to get behind this but their wasn't much interest. It has nothing to do with momentum or timing or relevance. It was meant as a nice way to say hi to Myles and let him know how much we love his music. Just a way to shout out a compliment to him. Didn't seem like that would be too offensive.

Anyway, i'm retweeting all the #MylesSoloAlbum tweets, so hopefully we'll stir up some more action.
