My thought is that if it is indeed a sig it'll probably be an SE. Works for me! I guess we'll just have to wait and see what it actually is.

Good point, Tracy. There are a ton more signature SE models than there are signature USA models.

It would be cool for Myles to get his own guitar, I don't play guitar but it would be good recognition for him, but he might just be referring to something else PRS are working on which he's seen.

He's probably having them make him a guitar for himself. Kinda like when he got that Signature Limited one.

He talked about getting a PRS Signature model about 2 years ago. So I'm not surprised about this. Can't wait to see it.

To be accurate, I'm pretty sure he talked about how it would never happen. Can't help but think he'd be a little more excited about it if that was what's happening.

To be quite honest, only the die-hard fans know Myles is an excellent guitar players.

Releasing a SE Myles Kennedy wouldn't sell as much as those who know he's that good already play in the Tremonti fan base and most likely have their own PRS Tremonti models...

Unless they build a guitar that's not a single cut.

On the other hand, if Orianthi has her own SE, Myles could definately have his as well. And PRS does make SEs of both Opeth players.

I think it's unlikely they'll put a Myles Kennedy SE into production. But it's more than likely that they're building him maybe at least one custom guitar to record AB4 with..? He's been using all sorts of models out with Slash, so who knows!

the link posted is to his artist page not an announcement. according to SF when asked for a link to the announcement, there isn't one but be patient followed by . trying not to get too excited for Myles until there's an official announcement. lol.

Me too, if PRS genuinely release a Myles Kennedy Signature USA model, I'd be very surprised. Seeing as he's been seen ultimately as Slash's singer for the last 2+ years.

An SE would be more likely, but i would be, as you said, delighted either way i guess!
