UK Tour clashes with my trip to Wales and Belgium. Bah! But even if it didn't, I would have no holidays anyway! Was hoping for a February tour. I will make Edinburgh though. Just means I have to drive there and back as I will have work on the Monday.

I didn't realise the dates were announced. Slash annoys me with his UK tours, fair enough he comes over here quite often, but always seems to play the same cities, hasn't really played anywhere close to the South West.

Birmingham isn't too bad, but it's pretty far away considering I think Slash is over-touring, and they've thrown away the decent stuff (Snakepit) for the average Apocalyptic Love songs from the setlist.

I think it's pretty sad that they're not playing the Snakepit stuff anymore, but you gotta admit that it's cool that they're playing so many new tracks. Shows that they're proud of them (kinda the opposite of ABIII..)

I'm probably the rare one who wishes they'd play less GnR. Though I guess it's less this tour anyway. I'll probably enjoy whatever they do, haven't seen Myles with Slash before.

Is Beggars and Hangers On the only song ever played from It's 5 O'clock Somewhere, apart from Jizz Da Pit? That's a shame, it's one of Slash's best albums, beats any of his solo work that's for sure. But I guess Myles may struggle vocally with some of it.
