when you upload your desired photo to a web space, you can surround the url by image tags (img)url-goes-here(/img)
where the ( ) should be replaced by [ ] and the second tag should have a "/" in there to "close" it

if you want to share an image that is already on the web, you can most often right click and copy the image url.

(you can also clik the "img" button on the full editor when posting, then it generates the tags automatically, all you need to do is paste the image URL where the cursor blinks.)
