TABN Community Album Volume 2 REDUX

The original thread for the 2nd volume of the TABN Community Album sort of sputtered and died, and it's hard telling who that had offered their hand in it is still around here now, so... I'm going to start a new thread here for it, and I'm going to go ahead and take care of the organization and all of that.

For those unfamiliar with the concept, here's a link to the TABN Community Album Volume 1 Thread. In essence, we all come together to put out an album of original music, composed, written, and performed by the talented members of the TABN family. You can submit a song completely on your own, offer to collaborate across the miles with other forum members, or submit pre-recorded music that you did with your own off-forum band (as long as you had some hand in the performance of it).

I'll start the ball rolling by saying that I will definitely submit at least one solo acoustic original (and could offer more if we end up needing more material to fill up an album). I'm also very open to collaborating with somebody if they'd like, and could do rhythm guitar, acoustic, and/or lead or backing vocals.

If you're in, reply to this thread with your submission ideas - not going to put a definitive deadline on it quite yet, but I'd like to wrap up the sign-up period by the end of January and get going on setting a deadline to get those songs recorded and sent in after that. Hopefully we can all come together and create something to be as proud of as the first edition!

I can do some vocals, acoustic guitars and bass guitar. I don't really have the material to record some heavy stuff but I'm definitely in for the softer stuff.

I won't be able to record anything of my own at this time but my band Raw Solution is currently in the studio and we have a few songs I wrote which have an AB influence.

I should definitely be able to submit two fully electric band-style tracks like I did last time. Can't wait to get started!

I suggest we come up with a definitive list of participants by say, March 15th at the latest? That's plenty of time. And then I would say we can set a date for submissions a couple months after that. Like maybe sometime in May?

Also my band just released our first EP. I would like to put in a song of my band on the album.

Good idea, man! March 15 should be a solid final day, gives everyone a couple of weeks to get their name in the hat if they want to get involved. I'm cool with that
